My educational journey has been a testament to my deep-seated passion for healthcare, my love for working hands-on with people, and my unwavering fascination with the intricacies of the human body. It all began with my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from Guelph University. This undergraduate experience allowed me to immerse myself in the captivating world of human movement, health, and well-being, which further ignited my fascination with the human body. Building upon this foundation, I pursued my studies at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where I honed my skills and gained specialized knowledge, with a particular focus on the body's remarkable capacity for healing through the assistance of manual therapy, exercises and lifestyle modifications. These combined educational experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set and a profound sense of purpose, enabling me to make a meaningful and hands-on contribution to the health and well-being of the people I have the privilege to treat. This is part of my driving force to seek ongoing education and professional development opportunities to constantly expand my knowledge base and stay at the forefront of advancements in healthcare and rehabilitation sciences.

My chiropractic approach revolves around an comprehensive understanding of the neuromusculoskeletal system and its interconnections with the body's overall health. I utilize a combination of soft tissue therapy, active rehabilitation and/or adjustments/mobilizations to address my patients' specific needs and conditions.
A Multifaceted Approach
Incorporating various modalities such as Graston technique, Mulligan belts, blood flow restriction tissue therapy, cupping, massage guns like Hypervolt, interferential current (IFC) and low-level laser therapy allows me to enhance the effectiveness of my treatments. These modalities aid in improving soft tissue mobility, reducing muscle tension, promoting circulation, and accelerating the healing process.
Specialized Care for Pre and Postnatal Health
As a specialized therapist in pre and postnatal care, I strive to empower and equip expecting and new mothers with the comprehensive knowledge and essential tools they need to maintain a healthy, strong body during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Without a doubt, it's crucial to highlight that acquiring essential knowledge in core control, diaphragmatic breathing, abdominal bracing, and effective pelvic floor pressure management holds immense benefits for everyone no matter where they are in their journey of motherhood.
A Collaborative Journey
My ultimate goal is to collaborate closely with my patients, actively involving them in their treatment plans and encouraging open communication. By setting clear goals and milestones, we work together to develop a personalized treatment strategy that aligns with their unique needs and aspirations. I believe in a proactive approach to healthcare, focusing not only on symptom management but also on preventing future issues and optimizing overall quality of life.
